How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is completed you will receive an email with tracking information. From there, it may take an additional 2-3 business before you receive your order. All custom orders may take up to 10-14 business days to complete. We will always reach out to update if needed.

What happens if I don’t receive my order once it’s been shipped?

If you do not receive your order, we are happy to contact USPS to locate the package or request a refund. If the package cannot be located, unfortunately we are not responsible, however once we receive a refund from USPS, we are happy to replace the order or provide a refund.

What is your return policy?
